Common Causes of Back Pain

 

When someone feels pain in their back, there are several common causes. Some of the most common reasons why people feel pain in their back include:

 

Paraspinal Muscle Tightness: Some muscles run along the sides of the vertebrae. Sometimes, these muscles can become tight and knot, often due to overuse and poor posture. A trained chiropractor can help address paraspinal muscle pain and tenderness.

 

Bulging or Herniated Disc: Some small discs provide a cushion for the vertebrae in the back. If these discs herniate, the interior can leak out over the nerves in the spine. This can lead to severe pain.
